Good day. This is Ian and Jennifer Muise. We live in Inuvik Northwest Territories, Canada. Last year November 21, 2024, we were forced out of our own home due to house fire next door. It happened 5:58 am. I was the first person to get up and noticed the smell. My daughter Marisa forgot to shut off the light downstairs and i saw heavy smoke. I yelled out smoke. After we were out, we were helping our neighbors get out. We could not go back so we stayed at the hotel until it was safe to go back. Everything was smoked out. This all happened because of drug dealers problems next door. We were placed in a temporary home until we found our own home. Between then. It was financially and emotionally stressful. We would like to purchase a forever home where we feel safe. I never thought I had to do this but never hurt to try. Mainly thankful we are alive. Any donations make a difference.
