Have you ever wanted to start a new path in your life?  I did last year in 2014 to become a chef and start a food truck.  I am currently enrolled in Niagara Culinary Institute with 1 more semester to go.  I've been in the Deans List since I started school.   I am working 3 to 4 days a week at the Savor restaurant in the Culinary Institute at the Niagara Community College.

I am a member of ACF (American Culinary Foundation) of Western New York and International, a member of Phi Theta Kappa and ServSafe certified (Cert# 11851278)

To tell you little about myself, I was adopted from South Korea by wonderful parents.   My mom was Irish and my father was Polish.  If they were alive today, my mom would be 100 years old and my father would be 103.   I have a wonderful daughter Maria (part Italian) who has her degree in Hospitality, a step-daugher Jenny who is very talented writer and manager and a great Lebanese husband, Paul.

I was the main caregiver for my parents who had dimentia.   Like all caregivers you give of yourself because you love them.  

Now that they are gone, I started a new career with a large International bank with awards for Leadership and consecutives years of sales excellence.  My life turned to new direction in late 2014 when I realized life is too short to continue on the "safe" path.   So my new journey begins after 50 years on this earth.

My love has always been cooking for people and loving the diversity of foods from different cultures.  I am enjoying my time going to school for culinary arts.  I believe the best way to get people together is to "break bread".  It's amost as if God has given me a new start in my life.  

With your donation, the money would be used to buy equipment, insurance costs and food truck for my new business International Cravings, LLC.   The business is already registered with State of New York.  (https://appext20.dos.ny.gov/corp_public/CORPSEARCH.SELECT_ENTITY)
Your donation will help me get my business started. My business is for profit.  If for any reason I am not able to start the business for unforseen circumstances (death), a record of donations will be logged and given back to you.  The funds you donate will go into my business account and not personal account. 

My goal is to have enough funding by early Spring of 2016 to buy the truck and equipt it propperly for my menu.
