Anna enjoyed helping fellow adoptees, and in that spirit, we are beginning the Anna James International Birth Search Fund. This Fund will provide financial assistance to adoptees who have requested a search but do not have the funds to search. 

Karen Holt will be donating and matching her time spent for these searches.

The need for growing grant money to help those who want to search is great, but there is not yet a non-profit in place to handle the funds. This is why we are using a “Go Fund Me” page at this time. 

Grants will be distributed under the guidance of a funding committee until a non-profit board is formed in the future.

Initially we have 3 adoptees who have expressed interest in grant funding of up to $500 each.
