My name is Nico. I have been working hard on raising consciousness through my publishings and videos full time since 2013. The mission I've always had is to make intense and dedicated spiritual work accessible to the people who want to do the work. There are people in the world who practice and work and don't approach middle class, Much less have the financial or schedule availability to drop over 2000 on a weekend event. But there ARE people who are in the higher income brackets who will make that drop in the bucket to take a casual tour. That is so backwards.

My goal is to create a spiritual centre for retreats, study, classrooms, and affordable services for everybody who is seeking to get to work on their spiritual and personal development. 

The funds raised will go towards purchasing/furnishing and creating a sanctuary space where events, retreats, classes, and spiritual services will be available.

Size-able downpayment for an appropriately sized property(mortgage balance to be paid through work and earnings) - 75000-92000

Furniture, Couches, Tables, Beds (enough to sleep 10-12 for any given long weekend) - 15000

Infrastructure/ Landscaping - 15000

Meditation / Workshop Space - 3000.00

The median price for most spiritual retreats is roughly 800-900 dollars for a three day weekend (often not including room, board, and food), add transportation and lodging into the bunch and you have upwards of 2000+ to spend to have that experience.

But what if room/board and food were included in a price of 150-200 for attendees. What if classes and events were held more frequently and consistently? Affordably. 

This is my goal. This is my mission.
