Insurance won't cover my 20 Year old Car

Hello, my name is Kaelyn. Not too long ago, I was driving and was blinded the early morning sun. Causing me to drive into a ditch. And despite the damage being very minimal as shown in the photo, insurance won't cover it because of the car being made in 2003 and parts to fix it being more rare. And i cant cover it because i just moved to live with my boyfriend. This is my first real car and I desperately want to keep it, so please help me keep my insurance from totaling my car.
