Donation protected
We want to help Robyn get this insulin machine this vital to her everyday wellbeing. Over the last 12 months she has been in and out of hospital every month. This machine will Robyn the chance to spend more time at home with her family’s and her fur babies.
We all know how loving, kind, caring and family oriented person she is. Robyn is there for everyone let’s band together to be there for Robyn and her family.
Just in case you didn’t know this is what Robyn’s been dealing with, as well as other family dramas.
So she's been in and out regularly for the last two years bit on and off in the years before also.
Starting with heart attacks and ended up having a triple bypass only for that to fail.
Followed by podiatrist infections which led to weakness and amputation and continuous infectections.
The failed heart surgery has led to renal complications and she is now stage 5 kidney failure. The heart medication and the kidney medication all fight against each other causing further complications and make it very hard to control her blood glucose levels because the levels go up when there is another infection in the body and she struggles with the day to day things even to the point of getting out of bed and showering is very difficult for her
