Hi, my name is Marico M. Allen II, and I’m raising funds to support a creative startup and personal journey to establish my home base in Thailand while building a platform centered around creativity, culture, and entrepreneurship.

Two years ago my life almost ended.

While traveling in Colombia I experienced a traumatic situation that left me with life-changing injuries — a broken spine and a shattered patella. The recovery was long and painful and forced me to spend nearly two years rebuilding both my body and my mindset.

During that time I had to rethink everything about my life.

Instead of giving up, I decided to turn survival into purpose.

I am a creator — a recording artist, musician, barber, blogger, clothing designer, and entrepreneur. Creating and teaching has always been my way of connecting with people.

After my recovery I made a decision to rebuild my life in a way that gives back to others around the world.

That journey has now brought me to Thailand.

My goal is to build a creative platform that teaches people valuable skills they can take with them anywhere in life.

Through my work I will be sharing knowledge in three powerful ways:

Music
I will create songs and teach people how to play them while sharing the creative process behind songwriting and independent music.

Language
I will teach language through real-life experiences — English, Spanish, and Thai — helping people understand each other across cultures.

Barbering
Barbering is a universal skill. I will teach barber techniques and use it as a way to connect with people from different backgrounds.

Through video content and storytelling I will document the experience of building a life abroad while sharing practical knowledge people can apply to their own lives.

My mission is simple:

When I receive support, I give knowledge back to the world.

I want to inspire people to travel, learn languages, build skills, create businesses, and connect with cultures beyond their own.

This GoFundMe will help me raise $50,000 to rebuild my life and establish this platform in Thailand.

The funds will help me secure housing, obtain the proper visa, purchase essential creative equipment, and launch the educational content and creative businesses that will support this mission.

Through music royalties, content creation, and digital education I will generate income from platforms like YouTube and music royalty organizations such as SoundExchange and BMI.

My music, including my song “Vaquero,” tells the story of a traveler learning about the world and about himself.

Every step of this journey will be documented so supporters can see exactly how their support is helping create something meaningful.
