Inspired by Nature, Driven by Heart – Supporting Lynn's art

We're setting up this fundraiser for our dear friend Lynn Hatzius — a beautiful soul and an incredibly gifted artist. Lynn has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, but this is not a story about illness. This is a story about creativity, legacy, and the power of art to leave something meaningful behind.

Lynn is a collage and printmaking artist with over 20 years of experience. Her work is a tender and intricate exploration of nature, memory, and connection — created through hand-cut collages, digital compositions, print techniques, and found objects. Every piece she creates feels like a quiet, poetic conversation between the natural world and the human spirit, and a gentle reminder of the preciousness of time.

Right now, Lynn is in treatment, but her heart and mind are overflowing with ideas. What she wishes most is to dedicate this precious time to her creative practice — to make new work, explore new ideas, and leave behind a body of art that reflects who she is and what she loves.

This fundraiser is about giving Lynn the freedom and support to do just that — to make art without pressure, to invest in materials and equipment, and to have the time and space to create from the heart.
