Hi, my name is Austin Ray. I’m a full-time worker, proud union member, fiancé, and dad raising my little girl here in Vincennes, Indiana. I care deeply about this community because it’s home—and I believe we deserve moments that remind us our voices matter.

Right now, too many people—especially young voters—feel disconnected, unheard, and powerless. We need something that cuts through the noise and reignites that spark. That’s why I’m working to bring Robert Arnold, a Southern progressive poet known on TikTok as @defiance13, to Vincennes for a live event that can do just that.

Robert’s poetry is raw, powerful, and unflinching. He speaks truth about injustice, working-class struggles, and the strength of standing together. He’s moved thousands online and at live events—and now, I want to bring that energy here to our town.
