Last year, around this time, Susan and I started this beautiful project to help anyone to have the opportunity to live and love this game even more if possible. We challenged ourselves to promote 3 times in 5 years and to be able to compete against the big clubs very soon. In just our first year of existence, INSPIRE SOCCER FC did the unthinkable for many— we won the league. Built on passion, unity, and talent, this victory was more than just a trophy — it was a symbol of what’s possible when a community believes in each other, it was a symbol that effort and hard work have no limit…our team’s age average was 20.15 years old (the youngest out of 300 teams. We scored 121 goals and conceded 31 goals. Nothing would have been possible without everyone’s help one year ago.

Now, as we enter our second season, we’re dreaming even bigger. In addition to the FCF/RFEF championship, we will be playing Copa Catalunya (similar to FA cup or Copa del Rey) and if we pass 7 rounds we could play against Hansi Flick’s FC Barcelona.

In order to reach as high as we can, our team will bring together players from over eight different nationalities, uniting cultures, backgrounds, and stories through the beautiful game. Among them are U.S.-based players who grew through the Inspire Soccer Youth program — ready to lead and inspire the next generation.

But this team is more than just a soccer club — it’s a family. A place where everyone is seen, valued, and loved. Where players are given a real chance, regardless of their financial situation.

We have by far the lowest budget of all the teams participating in this league and we don’t want any player to pay anything to be part of this project. That’s why we’re asking for your support.

We believe no player should ever have to pay to play during the season. We’re committed to keeping this opportunity open to all — to make soccer a vehicle for growth, connection, and hope.
