Hello!

For those who don't know me, my name is Sandi Essley.

A little about me:

I am an adventure girl with a love for the best things in life: fresh air, water, trees, and dirt.

I moved to Anacortes after spotting it on a map in early 2001. I arrived on a blustery spring morning and immediately fell in love with the endless forest trails.

Why I love what I do:

We of the Anacortes community share a special love for this unique place, a lively passion for outdoor adventures, and a genuine care for each other. If you reach your hand out here, there is always someone there to hold it.

Inside Out Fitness is about giving back to all of the smiling, encouraging, lovely friends I have made and cannot seem to live without, (even the ones I haven't met yet.)

I am here to facilitate a happy and welcoming environment, for life-long outdoor enthusiasts of all sorts, to experience indoor adventures that boost our vitality and quality of life.

I will always do my best to keep us resilient so we can enjoy all that this life has to offer for as long as possible.

Here is where we are at in the journey:

I have BA in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Business Administration from ITT Tech,

over 15 years experience working in this field in the Anacortes area,

and an expanding knowledge base from an ever-growing collection of certifications in various areas of the fitness industry:

Yoga, Pilates, TRX, BOSU, Spinning, Les Mills, ACE Personal Training, etc.

For Inside Out Fitness, we already have:

a business license, legal documents, resellers permit, business checking account, leased space, logo, website, business email, business operating software, business plan, 2-years business projections, an active Zoom channel, and at least 35 pre-sale members and clients.

I have invested $19,000+ to date:

Lease/Rent, Demolition, Legal Documents, Technical Equipment, Fitness Equipment, Certifications, Office Supplies, Marketing, Insurance, Software, Licensing, Internet installation and subscription...

Here is what I need to continue with Phase I of business plan:

$5,626.50: Pilates/Yoga equipment @ $4,537.50 + $1089.00 estimated 24% shipping/tax

$3,297.00: sound/tech gear, drinking fountain, Privacy Policy, cleaning supplies/air purifiers

$10,600.00: remaining construction costs

(+3% added to fundraising goal for gofundme's profit)
