Inside Flow Yoga Teacher Certification

Many have asked what I would like for my birthday or what I would like to do…well here is my ask…

I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt request for support as I embark on my journey towards becoming a certified Inside Flow yoga instructor. Although I have been a certified instructor for 5 years, I fell in love with this style of yoga because of the connection of music and movement.

Yoga has been a profound source of healing in my life for many years. After being diagnosed with endometrial cancer in 2020, it is the one thing that has helped me through my darkest moments and my journey to full remission. I am passionate about sharing its transformative benefits with others because of how much it has helped me! The Inside Flow Yoga Teacher Training program is renowned for its immersive and comprehensive curriculum, designed to deepen one's practice and equip instructors with the knowledge and skills to guide others on their own yoga journeys. Inside Flow is a trademarked vinyasa flow style founded by Young Ho Kim. It is based on the yogic philosophy SPANDA - the pulsation of life.

The training is in-person October 6-8, 2023 out of state. Due to the cost of airfare and the training, I am seeking donations to support my goal.
