Insane by name… insane by nature

Onyx Uwandulu has been my daughters dance teacher and coach for 4 years, last year leading their team to place 4th in the United Dance Organisation World Championships.

In May of this year, Onyx took things a step further by opening her own dance school, providing a truly unique space in the valleys for quality dance training. Her school offers classes for all abilities and ages, in an environment that promotes confidence, friendship and inclusivity.

I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 5th 2025 to raise funds to help support this new business as it establishes itself in the community. Funds will go towards providing equipment to support ongoing classes and opportunities for the dancers.
