I am an innocent father victimized by my wife,(Filed diverse after these inhuman charges made against loving , caring father and diverse is pending in the family court) wife’s attorney and perhaps certain individuals within the system from the initial false CPS report made to the obvious knowing of false allegations during the interview process of our daughter which ended up helping us prove the lies. It was made obvious during the initial interview of our daughter by trained and experienced police personnel who made it obvious they knew our daughter was coached and manipulated, but chose to pursue the charges against me anyways. This recording was not allowed to be presented in the family court to prove mother’s manipulation of the children’s minds but was allowed to be used against me. Children should not be used as pawns to pursue a mothers selfish attempts to keep children from their Father.

I am trying to make a new precedence and give innocent father’s a fair opportunity re-wind the events in regard to those that make false allegations to have an unfair advantage and allow us fathers who have been retaliated upon by scorned mothers to be father’s to their children. While I won in criminal court and false charges were dropped as well as the children were removed from the restraining order, the price I paid to prove my innocence has cost me $95,000, but more importantly the pain and trauma I as well as the children have endured by being victimized by the system. Even though these false charges were dropped, I am unable to become gainfully employed. I am asking for financial assistance to pay for the necessary therapy and counseling, and ongoing legal costs, to reunify and mend the relationship between the children and I.
