Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for your incredible support, donations, and messages of love over the past week. Your kindness has truly meant the world to Ellis’ family.

Neil and Ceri have now made arrangements for Ellis’ funeral and, with the support of their loved ones, the family is able to cover all funeral costs. They are deeply grateful for your generosity and would like to use the money raised to create beautiful floral tributes in Ellis’ memory.

As a result, the fundraising page is now closed.

If anyone still wishes to honour Ellis and support something meaningful, the family kindly asks that donations be made to LATCH, the Welsh children’s cancer charity who supported them through so much.

In Loving Memory of Ellis

Supporting Ceri, Neil, Amelie, Eva and Family

On 9th May 2025, the world lost a bright and beautiful soul far too soon. Ellis was just 17—kind, full of life, and loved by so many. Whether it was his smile, his laugh, or the way he made people feel, Ellis left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him.

His parents, Ceri and Neil, shared these personal words:

"Ellis was the centre of our world. He suffered with various illnesses for most of his life, from being diagnosed with cancer before his first birthday to living with Neurofibromatosis, and later facing serious infections.

Yet he always met these challenges with bravery, thoughtfulness for others, and a wicked sense of humour.

His passing has devastated us. We always knew this day might come, but it still feels far too sudden, and far too soon.

We will always love him and miss him terribly."

Ellis also leaves behind his two beautiful sisters, Amelie and Eva, who he loved and cherished deeply.

In this unimaginable time, we’re asking for support to help ease the financial pressure on Ellis’s family—covering funeral costs and anything else they may need as they begin to navigate life without him. No family should have to worry about money while facing such heartbreak.
