Our dear friend and team member, Jullie, tragically lost her daughter Christina last week. If you would like to show your support, we are raising money to help Jullie with the funeral cost and memorial service for Christina. Any excess funds will be used to create a scholarship in Christina's name for UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree.
Christina was loved by everyone who knew her and was a phenomenal friend to all. She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, girlfriend, architect, and artist. She was always able to find the beauty in design, nature, art, and people. Within her 30 years of life she traveled to France, Spain, the Netherlands, Mexico, South America, and Japan. She had an incredible sense of humor, gave good advice, always spoke her mind, and was a role model as to how life should be lived. She worked hard and did what she loved, and made time to travel with friends, family, and her boyfriend Wil. Her fashion was eclectic and vintage which represented her spirit as an artist. She was a classic beauty with her dark hair, red lips, and stunning smile. She was an excellent student who double majored at UC Berkeley and later on earned her Masters at USC. Everything she did had meaning and purpose. Her actions were thoughtful, considerate, and she was patient with the people she loved most. She enjoyed Boba and deep conversations with friends and family. She remembered everyone's birthday and made things super special with her unique kitty happy birthday songs. On a regular day you could find her at happy hour with friends, designing a structure for a residential project, shopping at an estate sale with Wil, or loving her kitties. She had a zest for life and will be dearly missed by the people she left behind. Thank you all for your love and support during this devastating time.
