In Loving Memory of Patricia Hoyos-Hardeway

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Patricia Hoyos-Hardeway on February 24, 2025. As we mourn this tremendous loss, we want to come together to support her family during this difficult time. Contributions will now go toward covering medical bills, funeral expenses, and any other needs that arise as Grant and their sons, Mateo and Pelayo, navigate this heartbreaking moment.

Patricia was the heart of our Jersey City office—a guiding light, a source of unwavering support, and the embodiment of what it means to be part of the Keller Williams family and the greater community. For over two decades with Keller Williams in both Hudson and Bergen counties, she dedicated herself to helping others, always putting the needs of our agents, colleagues, and friends before her own. She celebrated our successes, stood by us in our struggles, and made every space she entered feel like home.

Beyond our office, Patricia was deeply involved in her sons' education and community, dedicating her time to mentoring young adults and inspiring others to set and achieve their goals. Her kindness, warmth, and generosity left a lasting impact on so many lives.

Now, it is our turn to honor her memory by supporting her family as they grieve. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden and allow her loved ones to focus on healing.
