In Loving Memory of Patricia Soler

My beautiful Aunt Pat was taken from our family on Nov 20, 2015. This courageous woman fought and survived Stage 4 Lymphoma cancer. After surviving that, she started to deal with complications from her stem cell transplant. She had a condition called GVHD where her cells attack her body and turn her organs to stone. GVHD took my aunts life after she fought for it for 2 weeks in the intensive care unit. My aunts and uncle and mother lost their sister, my other uncle lost his wife of 25 years.
In the beginning of this campaign, I wanted to raise money personally for my uncle. He has decided that he would like to donate all of the proceeds to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, specificallyfor research for the disease that my Aunt died from (GVHD) . We are raising money for LLS in honor and loving memory of Patricia Soler. Hopefully with this money, we can begin to find a way to treat and eventually cure blood cancers.
