Save Trolley Dogs

My family and I started this business 11 years ago and there has been a lot of trying times.  My neighbor is a town bully that seems to always get her way,  she even has been indicated in killing a renters dog with a bowl full of antifreeze (see Kenosha News "Nurse kills dog"). After 11 years of harassment (so much my son has had a nightmares about her) she is suing me to turn off my hvac system.  
  It seems even though I recieved permits and approvals from the city after utilizing the cities architect my vent is on her property line and can also be considered a nuisance.  I cannot afford a lawyer or to move it  these are lean times for everyone. 
  I am at my wits end and do not know what to do.  I wish I had enough to actual just buy her building, but I could at least use help to move my fan to the roof of this building.
