Hello, you all, hope your day is going amazingly. I am reaching out to anyone that is able to offer a helping hand.

So that you understand the situation, I worked at the Post Office for about 2 years as a carrier. (I have uploaded my work ID) Sadly, a few months ago, I injured my right arm on a route. I have since been in physical therapy for about 6 months now and have had 2 MRIs.

Even though I worked for a federal company, USPS, I have not received any workers' compensation. Luckily I have been able to get benefits through my accident insurance with , but an issue with service has come up. FYI this is completely separate from my workers' compensation that I am rightfully owed.

The Department of Labor has told me that I do not have significant medical information, even though I have a diagnosis of a 50% significant tear in my rotator cuff. So I am currently waiting for reconsideration, though I do not know how long that will take.

This means I currently cannot work in my condition and possibly may need surgery. I just need to be able to pay this month’s rent until I can get another insurance claim and get a reconsideration or appeal this issue.
