Injured Student Athlete Needs Your Help

Hi, we are Nicholas Seybold and Landon Blackport and we are students at Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School in London, Ontario. One of our team mates from the Senior Football team, Max Wilson, was seriously injured with a severe compound fracture of his lower leg in a recent football game. He required extensive surgery that will require significant rehabilitation.

Max is an important person in the Banting community. He is a focused student who tries hard in his classes. He is an excellent football player and an important member of the team.

Us and fellow students would like to fundraise for Max and his family because:

Max was previously working so much at his part time job and no longer can do this.

He was hoping for a scholarship next year for university and this is now unlikely.

As the driver for his family, they need to take Ubers/taxis for his appointments now.

To support with loss of earnings for his family taking him to appointments

To help them with food delivery on the days they are at his appointments, as this is mentally draining

We want to ensure any financial barriers to Max's recovery are lifted
