Injured on the Field, Out of Work, Support Jake

We’re reaching out on behalf of our brother Jake Chamberlain, who suffered a serious leg injury while doing something he loves — playing softball. Jake has to undergo major surgery and faces a long road to recovery.

Jake is the kind of person who always will lend a hand, crack a joke, and show up for the people he loves. Right now, he will be unable to work while he recovers, and medical bills will be huge as he does not have health insurance. Between surgery, physical therapy, and everyday living expenses, it’s a heavy burden for him and his family.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to help ease that burden so he can focus on healing, not stressing about finances. Any funds raised will go toward medical expenses (surgery, follow-ups, physical therapy) and basic bills while he's unable to work.
