My family and I need your help please. 6 years ago, while on a fire call as a volunteer firefighter I fell halfway into a storm drain. My right foot went into the hole and thigh slammed up against the metal curb. My left leg was forced up behind me.
In the fall, I didn’t break anything but suffered severe nerve damage. For three years I went to so many doctors mostly ones I was sent to by Workmen’s Comp and they didn’t find anything. I got the feeling that everyone I went to thought I was making this up. So after three years of hell, I went to my own doctors using my own money and insurance. I found some great doctors who found the problems which ledme to having 2 implants in my back. 
Through all of it, I suffered with deep depression and severe anxiety, ptsd and sleepless nights due to the pain.
i tried opening a business which failed do to my metal and physical state. 
with my mounting debt from my failed business and medical bills, I was forced to declare bankruptcy. 
There is pain all over mainly on the right side leaving me exhausted constantly. 
I need to see doctors but I can’t afford proper health insurance. My medical bills are mounting.  The utility company’s are threatening to cut the lights and gas. I am 3 months behind on rent and my landlord is threatening eviction.
