INJURED, FOUND IN A DITCH!!  We don't know if he was hit by a car, he can stand, won't walk, has been laying in his urine and feces at the shelter for days.  He won't eat, even wet food.  WE HAVE RESCUE!! HEART RESCUE GROUP OF NY and HOUSTON CHOW CHOW CONNECTION are working in collaboration to save him!  We still may not be able to save him, but we will get xrays today and go from there.  Megan a volunteer at the shelter will have him sedated and take him to the vet.  The vet needs to be paid by end of day, so I need to have pledges sent to the GoFundMe so I can pay the vet bill.  If he can be saved, he will more than likely be at the vet for a while.  We know absolutely nothing about him.  As I get information, I will post for all to know what's going on.
