Ingrid Short and family

On June 10, 2017 my dear friend Ingrid and her two boys found themselves in a living nightmare. Dan is a husband, father, uncle, and friend. He was involved in a horrible motorcycle accident. As of June 11, Dan remains in the ICU in very critical condition. He had a CT scan, revealing extensive injuries that include a broken hip, fractures in the cervical spine, right broken ankle, multiple broken ribs and two hemorrhages on his brain. His left femur was broken, came through the skin as did his left ankle. He also has developed a condition where his body won't allow his blood to clot. Incredibly, he has had 25 units of blood. The doctor needs to put in 2 shunts, one one each side of his brain to release the intense pressure. That can't happen until his labs are precisely where they need to be. The doc is hoping to do that procedure tonight. He is still on a vent. Please, please continue to pray for him. Thank to everyone for the prayers, for stopping to see us, helping with the boys.
