We are writing to you today to let you know about the passing of Ingrid Macin (age 34 ). Ingrid lost her battle with cancer and leaves behind her husband Alex Rivera and 6 year old son Mateo.

Alex & Mateo are devastated by Ingrid’s passing. Their landlord is evicting Alex & Mateo from their SF home because the lease was in Ingrid’s name. Alex also unexpectedly lost his brother 3 months ago. These events have placed a strain on this young small family.

As friends, we have started a fundraiser to help cover the cost of funeral expenses and to secure a new place to live. We are reaching out to the community for help.
