Hello Friends and Family of Rosie and Ingrid Phillips! As many of you know, our beloved Rosie passed away on May 29, 2024. Unfortunately, Rosie's Army will is not being recognized by the Texas courts and his estate has had to enter probate. In the meantime, Ingrid was victimized by an unscrupulous realtor and her house was broken into between January 4-6, 2025. The money requested would assist in paying for a handwriting expert and her legal fees while she still waits for Rosie's retirement pay to kick in.
