Inge’s T-Cell Lymphoma Treatment

Update on Inge’s diagnosis. Ok everyone. Inge can really use your prayers. Her flow cytometry came back and diagnosed her with T-Cell Lymphoma. It’s a tougher type to treat than other lymphomas. Of course its one of my dogs that has a type that’s not well known/studied in dogs. I spoke with the oncologist at length about how we are going to handle this. She will start the CHOP II treatment tomorrow morning. It’s 4 different chemotherapy drugs, each one given each week for 4 weeks. Then we will test again. Please pray for the lymph nodes to return to normal, remission, and ultimately her being cured. She’s only 6 years old. She has so much life left to live. She’s a tough dog like her momma Schönheit. I have faith she will beat this.

 As for me, please pray for my peace, understanding, and finances. This is not even a month after her mother went through a thyroid carcinoma and insulinoma surgery. My finances are getting tight. I’m a little shocked and hurt with this diagnosis, but I know that God is our healer and He’ll fix her up. If you know of anyone with hunting dogs, I’ll be starting another training class in the middle of next month.
