Dear community,

I’m writing you today because one of our own needs our help!
Aldo Denis (aka Infnit aka Sweet Jesus) has been a staple in the Miami Art scene for well over two decades.

As an MC, Poet, DJ, Promoter and Comedian, Aldo has invested countless hours in the development of our local arts community; selflessly contributing his skills, charisma and comic relief in ways that are impossible to calculate.  This past Friday night (July 2nd), Aldo suffered an immeasurable loss, when his home was engulfed in flames.

Thankfully, Aldo was not (physically) harmed during the fire.  However, he has lost all material possessions... including his record, CD, DVD collection and DJ equipment... much of which can never be replaced.  Most unfortunate, was the loss of Aldo’s tuition.  As many of you may or may not know, Aldo has had a life-long dream of becoming a chef and had been saving money to attend the upcoming Culinary Arts Program at Miami Dade Wolfson Campus. 

Please find it in your hearts to help Aldo recover from this deeply traumatizing loss, let us support him in the fulfillment of his dreams to become a chef.  A go-fund-me page has been set-up for Aldo.  Donations will be used to secure a new home for Aldo (and his cat Sadie) and to help him get back on track and enrolled at Miami Dade College.
