Chemo Club
Donation protected
Just over 6 years ago we lost an absolute legend in Mark Rimell and whilst he was fighting Chemo and his own fight all he could think about was helping others in the same position he was in. He set up Chemo Club which runs out of Bodycare in Albany and is a place where people recovering from chemo have the opportunity to do exercise in a place where it is controlled and an environment they can forget about what there life is doing.
2 years ago we raised money whilst I was riding the Indian Pacific Wheel Race and this year I will be riding again so would like to continue Mark's legacy on and make sure that we can continue to do this for people who require the help. We raised over $7,000 for this amazing opportunity for cancer sufferers in Albany.
It doesn't matter if you can spare $1 or $100 as it all helps at the end of the day. Please can I ask that if you have any spare change to donate again so we can continue Mark's legacy on.
For those who didn't know Mark he was the most genuine person you would ever meet. He would go out of his way to help you if needed and would always have time for a chat. He is very sadly missed by a lot of people and I know who ever donates he would be very grateful as I am as well.
Lets make my ride about something again and see if we can exceed the total 2 years ago.
I thank all people who donate in advance and please share so we can get as much as we can to the Chemo Club.
Regards
Brad
