Indigo's Transition

Hello again lovelies!

My name is Indigo, and I’m a 26 yo trans girl from Brazil living in Glasgow. I started my transition over four years ago and have been medically transitioning for almost three years, and with your help on my Gofundme a couple of years ago, I am now a year and a half FFS post-op. I am now in the process of updating my documentation in Greece, but this process is costly and lengthy. I have a lawyer taking care of my case, and I have a court date for next year so the judge can decide whether I can update my birth certificate.

I have spent almost £14k on my transition (£3k from my last Gofundme and £11k from working full time whilst studying) and still have regular costs regarding hormones and hair removal treatments. I’ve been on the NHS waiting list for over four years and am still waiting for my first appointment. With the regular transition costs increasing recently (each endocrinologist appointment being £180 instead of the £125 on my first year of medically transitioning) and the living crisis we're going through, saving for this next step of my transition has been challenging.

As I mentioned, I have a lawyer and a court date for summer next year. The cost of this process is £3500. This amount includes the lawyer fee, legal fees, and other paperwork related to my documentation. I have been saving for this process, but I am still a long way from my goal. So, I would really appreciate it if you could help me!
