indigenous elder at risk of losing home

My grandma is at risk of losing her home!  She fell behind on some mortgage payments and then the fees and interest added up and now she is very behind. About to go into foreclosure. when she owed $18,000 I got a forbearance for her and have worked diligently to pay down what it past due, but as of know she owes 10,000 and is being told if she does not pay that by September 20, her home will go into foreclosure. she is 70 years old, the caretaker for her 55 year old daughter with kidney failure.  Please if you are able to donate, you would be keeping a household of elderly disabled people from going homeless.
