This story is about our 4 year old princess who is the light of our lives. She’s a happy, sweet, loving, adorable little princess. Our daughter Indie is in the fight of her life.

Just a few weeks ago, our world changed when she was diagnosed with B‑cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. She has already completed the induction phase of chemotherapy, a phase that no child should ever have to endure and it has taken a huge toll on her tiny body. The treatment has left her unable to walk and needing full assistance with even the simplest parts of daily life. Every day is a mix of hospital visits, medical procedures, and trying to keep her comfortable and safe as her immune system is non existent and side effects of the medication are heavy.

Indie is a now starting a two-year treatment plan with us praying and holding a hope of a full recovery from her illness.

As her parents, we are doing everything we can. Both of us have always been at the hospital with her, but now is the time for one of us to return to work, one of us will be caring for our family. But the reality is that this has meant a significant loss of income, and the months ahead will only become more demanding. We are trying to hold our lives together while making sure Indie never feels alone for a single moment of this journey.

Despite everything she’s facing, Indie is still the same bright, imaginative, beautiful, and kind hearted little girl who has always dreamed of being a Disney princess. Even on the hardest days, she talks about how she would love the dresses, and magic. We want to give her something to look forward to when she is able to travel, something that reminds her that the world still holds joy and wonder for her.

Our hope is to raise enough to take her to Disney, to let her meet the princesses she adores, and to give her a moment of pure happiness in a time that has been filled with fear, pain, and uncertainty. It’s not just a holiday; it’s a chance for her to feel like herself again, even if just for a little while.
