Meet Indie - He's 11 years old and made of pure joy and happiness.
Meet David - He's Indie's human. He's a pretty neat guy who loves Indie more than anything.
They are both goofy, kind, funny, and fiercely loyal. They are each other's best friend in the whole world.
Right now, Indie and David could use your help.
Earlier in October, Indie had a big health scare. David got him the best Vet care and thankfully, Indie came home safe and sound... ...but great Vet care isn't cheap. David always prioritizes Indie's health over everything even when finances are tight and this latest bill came in at a difficult time.
The goal of this GoFundMe is $2000. This will help David pay off Indie's recent vet bills and set up a small fund for anticipated care so he can make sure his best friend gets the best of help when he needs it next. We know the last 18+ months have been hard for everyone. Thank you for your generosity, no amount is too small to help!
So what makes Indie so special?
- David first met Indie in 2010, in a shoe box at a casino parking lot. That little puppy road home in the passenger seat and they became instant besties!
- He's named after Indiana Jones, and rivals his namesake in his adventurous spirit and ridiculous antics!
What are David's Top 3 Favorite Things about Indie?
In a text message, David answered:
"My three favorite things about him? Umm…. Well I love that I can communicate with him with body language because we know each other so well by now. I love/hate his toots. Sometimes he’ll fart and it scares him because he has no idea where they come from lol. I love most of all his kindness. He’s probably the kindest dog I’ve ever met. He’s never attacked a single thing. He just wants to lick things and smell stuff. Oh and I love his curiously. Silly dog."

MORE EXPLORING, OF COURSE! David says he and Indie have many adventures ahead of them, ideally road trips and hikes around the PNW. Indie may be getting older, but he's young at heart and loves the great outdoors!
