Indian Ocean Row 2023

We are Indi Row 23, a four-man rowing team that will be rowing unsupported across the Indian Ocean in 2023 to raise awareness and money for Parkinson's Disease. We will set out from Geraldton Western Australia and finish our journey some 70 days later in Mauritius.

The row will push us to our limits mentally and physically, we will only be powered by ourselves rowing, fed on the boat, sleep on the boat running a brutal routine of 2 hours on 2 hours off rowing. We are likely to see big sharks and big seas! Follow us on www.ior23.com
