Aloha, My name is Javed and I am the owner and Head Chef of Indian Grill n Curry restaurant located on Front Street, Lahaina, Hawaii.

Indian Grill n Curry was an Indian restaurant, which is now completely burnt to the ground. Me and my team, fortunately, evacuated ourselves within time and are grateful, but we have lost our homes and business.

As you are aware, a hurricane, along with strong winds and brush fires, destroyed many areas of Hawaii.

It's heartbreaking and the visuals are devastating. We extend our heartfelt sympathies to all those impacted by the fire. It's a tough time for all of us. Hope people and pets are safe and you're in contact with your people.

Thank you to all who reached out to us, we truly appreciate your concern and kindness.

Currently, we are in a shelter and we do seek more of your support.

As of now, we are uncertain about the next steps that need to be taken. Currently, we lack both housing and employment opportunities. We appreciate your contribution and believe it will positively impact our team and business.
