Indeed help because medical issues are making it impossible

Hi My namee is Hugh Mcguire. I am currently experiencing many medical issues which have left me with an inability to produce income. I am self employed in driving jobs and do to multiple foot injuries it has been almost impossible for me to produce income for the past 4 months. I currently have another 3 months of limited income potential.
