The Community Care Clinic of MN is committed to its mission and business process to reducing barriers in the access of healthcare needs of the residents of the Twin Cities. Health inequities and disparities arise because of the systems and processes inherent in healthcare delivery. One of the primary barriers is the location of health service facilities, particularly in the community of residence of our patients. 

In this 2021 Covid-19 vaccination effort, more locations are needed to provide vaccination services. Our immediate and future drive is to expand our vaccination clinic located in the Victory and Camden Neighborhood of Minneapolis. The 2139 44th Avenue North Clinics is near many suburbs of the city and its diverse groups of communities. The adjacent building has been rented and needs immediate remodeling. Creating this improved health services hub will be a great addition to this vaccine site that has already vaccinated thousands of people. We will serve more people much better and more efficiently including the upcoming possibility of vaccinating our teenage population.
