‘Dorothy&the Cave of INCARNATIONS’ photo-audiobook

‘INCARNATIONS’ embraces many art forms and shows us how photography, poetry, art, music and movement can work together. We created a photography album with a twist, where apart from fantastical visual portraits the viewer will also be able to listen to the story by following QR codes embedded within the physical texts of the book. These links shall take readers to exclusive music & poetry, (written and performed by rapper AMP Medley) which supplement and expand on the ‘Incarnations’ universe.

It is a book not only for looking at, but also a book to listen to, and perhaps even a book to dance to… it will take you on a fairytale journey through the imagination and may inspire you to express your own creativity in new and exciting ways. Consider this an invitation into the “Incarnations” world of self-expression and artistic exploration. This book represents the culmination of photographs created from 2017 to 2022 and it is a curve of my progression as a photographer, designer, but more importantly, as a person.

“‘INCARNATIONS’ is an audio-visual journey of ‘Dorothy Aeon’ and her friends in which, the photographer Paulina Czyz appears as Dorothy. A modern twist on the classic story. Some of the characters include; the godfather of UK Rap Rodney Panton (Rodney P) as ‘The Machine, international Breakin’ and Lindy Hop dancer and London 2012 Olympics Opening co-choreographer Sunanda Biswas (B-girl Sun Sun) as the ‘The Phoenix’ and the baffling figure of Banksy swings in to have his picture taken as ‘The Joker’.

We are humbly reaching out to ask for your support and offer you the opportunity to participate in the publication of this book. To ensure exceptional quality in design, production and the book launch we are seeking to raise £5,000 in funding.

The funds from this campaign will be used to cover production and printing costs for the first 200 copies of the book together with packaging and shipping of the photo books. Your funds will be also used to hire a decent photography gallery in London West End or East End to exhibit high quality, framed fine art prints and to launch the ‘INCARNATIONS’ book.
