We will forever hold you in our hearts. Our family’s captain, you are always with us!

My dear friends, the 10th of july 2025 our family suffered an unimagible loss. My father got a sudden stroke early morning on july 9th (on his birthday) and was taken to the hospital in Lund, Sweden. He died piecefully surrounded by his family in endless love.

The funds will be raised in the great memory of my beloved father, grandfather and husband, a great collegue, a true friend, one of the leading physicists in his field, a gold-medal athlete and a chess grandmaster. His charming personality, kindness, warmth, wisdom and humor will be truly missed.

The funds will also help Alexei's family in these difficult times and I want to thank you in advance for your support.
