In the Memory of Guadalupe Rivera Jr

On Monday, March 10th, our dad suffered from cardiac arrest and was rushed to the hospital. Although the doctors were able to save his heart, he had suffered too much brain damage from the lack of oxygen. He spent the next few days on life support as the doctors did their due diligence and ran the necessary tests. On March 13th, he was declared brain dead, and my family had to make the difficult decision of letting our dad go.

Our dad left an enduring legacy, inspiring all who were fortunate enough to meet him with his remarkable loving spirit. He will be etched in our memories as the fun dad and grandfather who selflessly devoted himself to his children and grandchildren’s’ needs and wants. His vibrant presence consistently elevated his family’s spirits. His utmost priority was always family, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Our dad leaves behind his wife, seven children, parents, brother, and grandchildren, all who he loved immensely. Our family asks that if you are able to, please help support us to prepare for the memorial services. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.
