Hi, my name is Mobeen and I am raising funds for a water well in a third world country, which will provide clean water for men, women and children. This would be a Sadiqa Jaariyah (running charity) that will benefit our much loved work colleague, Nadeem Tajdar Rizvi.

Nadeem not only was part of the team, but more so consider part of the family here at Lister Hospital. He showed the same level of respect for not only his line management and work colleague but on-site team and cleaners alike.

He left us on Friday 26th September at approx 14:00 hours. Nadeem was more than just the Night Shift Team Leader, he was the heart of the team. His unwavering dedication, quiet strength and compassionate leadership earned him not the respect but the genuine affection of the entire security team and hospital alike. Nadeem was a steady presance during the most challenging hours, offering support, guidance and kindness without fail. His professionalism and firm demeanour made those around him feel safe, heard, and valued. His legacy is one of integrity, service, and care qualities that will continue to inspire us all.

He will be deeply missed, not only as a leader but as a cherished friend. Our thoughts are with his family, loved ones and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
