Update on our glitter queen
Donation protected
Everyone - I have received an update on our girl, Tiffany, from her husband so I wanted to update the message on this post and update the need.
First and foremost, prayers are NEEDED! Tiffany is now needing a liver, kidney dual transplant. Her case will presented to the medical board for approval at Oshner in New Orleans. And her recovery will be much longer, requiring weeks worth of stay in New Orleans. All the while, they still travel to UBA since the doctors there are the ones that deal with her genetic disease.
The prayer request is that the medical board of directors will approve of the transplant so that Tiffany can be placed on the transport list.
Friends, we can all take a moment to pray to Tiffany and her family. And please consider a donation to this GoFundMe to help with all the incurred medical costs looming as we await life saving surgery for Miss "I wanna be a unicorn when I grow up" Tiffany Reid.
Hi y'all! This is Victoria Griffin and on behalf of myself, Susan Fruge and Alicia Quebedeaux, we have started a GoFundMe for our beloved Tiffany Reid.
Tiffany has struggled with her health for YEARS without any answers from doctors - until recently. And now Tiffany has some answers, but those answers come at some high medical costs.
Tiffany has remained a strong wife, an even stronger mother, and a friend to us all and she quietly fought her battle.
As some of her SEVERAL friends, we decided we wanted to step up and step in to help Tiffany and Robert meet some of the medical expenses they will face: testing, surgeries, potential transplant costs.
Whatever we can raise on her behalf will go directly to their medical expenses and travel expenses as they seek treatment in Birmingham.
Let's sprinkle our girl with as much love and glitter as she deserves.
With permission, I can now share this update - Tiffany was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease called PH1. Visit ohf.org to learn more.
