The Cade family has experienced incredible loss over the holiday season. In the middle of December, 3 out of 5 family members were hospitalized with COVID. Dave's father, Oyd, passed away on December 28, 2021 with his mom, Irene, passing on January 7, 2022. Dave fought hard but succumbed to COVID on January 11, 2022. Dave is survived by his wife, Rebecca and his son, Dave Jr. (17yo).

Dave was a loving son and father who enjoyed life and greeted everyone with a smile and a joke. He will be greatly missed by his family members and his many friends.
