Hi, we are Sam’s CHOC work family and are so saddened by the news of Charlie’s tragic medical situation. Sam has been a part of our work family for over 10 years. Sam is the most dedicated, thoughtful, caring , and hardest working human beings we know. She always puts others first and does so much for the CHOC families. She treats each patient and family member as if it were her own family. She fights for these children so that they could receive the best care possible. Sam is the heart and soul for the CHOC endocrine team. But Sam is more than just a wonderful team member , she is a wife and a mother to Collin and Emily. As dedicated as she is to CHOC , she is even more dedicated to her family. Her children have succeeded because of the wonderful support and love that Sam and Charlie have given them. We love Sam so much and want to show our support to her and her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
