In support of Rick Bolton

My name is Christina and I am Zak Priest's Mom. Rick (always Ricky to us) was Zak's best and closest friend for over 20 years. Rick was an ever present gift and blessing to our lives and I loved him like he was my own son.

Yesterday, July 26, 2024, Rick died suddenly, unexpectedly and tragically from a rare complication of a serious infection leaving behind his loving and devoted partner Amanda to navigate a life shared with him on her own.

On behalf of Rick's friends, please help us love on Amanda by supporting her financially to pay her rent for the next few months and take some time off of work so that she can grieve and heal and come to terms with this unspeakable tragedy without the worry of how she will get by or how she will pay for what comes next. Rick would have wanted us to do this for her.

Rick was ALWAYS to the first one to be there to help, no matter what you needed and I can't think of a better way to honour his legacy than by supporting those he loved most in their time of need.
