In Support of our Colleague Impacted by Recent Hurricanes

BMO Investment Services Colleagues,

On 09/26, Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida, followed by Hurricane Milton on 10/09. We have an important colleague, Advisor Nancy See, who was significantly impacted by these storms, including storm surge and tornadoes that spawned from them.

Over the past several weeks, as she has had a chance to start assessing the damage and working with insurance, HOAs, and FEMA, it has become clear that Nancy and her family have a long road ahead of them, having significant damage to address. We want to lock arms across our BIS footprint, banding together to show our support for this amazing colleague of ours and her family as they seek to rebuild, and quite frankly, ensure basic needs are met while they work their way through the system.

We know so many have been asking how they can help, and getting funds directly to her is the biggest way we can make an impact that would address her immediate needs as quickly as possible. We hope you will join us in giving what you can to support Nancy. Nancy is not only a great colleague, but she is also a great friend to so many, and we hope we can help lighten her load as she works to rebuild.

Compliance Note: We have worked with Chant'a and our LPL Compliance Team over the past couple of weeks to gain approval for any licensed individual who is registered with LPL to be able to provide a donation to Nancy. The best part is we are not capped at $100, nor do we have to track it through the LPL gifting system, as we are all exempt due to our registration with LPL.

Given the large amount of hurricane relief effort fundraisers on this platform right now, Go Fund Me has asked that I include the following information:

2) Location - I am in the Rockford, IL office, and serve as the RAM for the region inclusive of Florida.

3) Relationship to party funds are for: I am a colleague of Nancy See.

4) How funds will be spent: Funds will be used by recipient, Nancy See, at her own discretion to address her immediate needs, including temporary rehousing, basic needs (food, clothing), etc.
