<div>On 09/26, Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida, followed by Hurricane Milton on 10/09. We have an important colleague, Advisor Nancy See, who was significantly impacted by these storms, including storm surge and tornadoes that spawned from them.

<div>Over the past several weeks, as she has had a chance to start assessing the damage and working with insurance, HOAs, and FEMA, it has become clear that Nancy and her family have a long road ahead of them, having significant damage to address. We want to lock arms across our BIS footprint, banding together to show our support for this amazing colleague of ours and her family as they seek to rebuild, and quite frankly, ensure basic needs are met while they work their way through the system.

<div>We know so many have been asking how they can help, and getting funds directly to her is the biggest way we can make an impact that would address her immediate needs as quickly as possible.
