In Support of Louise “Weezie” Kepler McArthur

As many of you know, Weezie is from a long-standing and loved Brockport family. Her dad, Lance, has installed and serviced many water/well systems in our area. Her mom, Melanie, has taught and tutored innumerable students in Elba and Brockport. They have organized and helped out many others, but at this point, need all of our help.

Louise was diagnosed with breast cancer in May of 2014, just weeks before her marriage to Matt. After two surgeries, 33 rounds of radiation and five years of prescription treatment, she was cleared to begin her dream of having children. Unfortunately, that had not occurred before this January of 2022, when she began having hip pain. After many tests and appointments, she found on June 3, that she has Metastatic Breast Cancer, meaning the cancer has come back and travelled to her bones.

Weezie currently has an extensive treatment plan with her local team and is trying to schedule an appointment at one of the major cancer centers ASAP for a second opinion.

This GoFundMe is to help with medical bills, testing, prescriptions and travel expenses, not covered by insurance.
