My name is Sara, and the man you see in the photo is the father of my children and so much more than that, my best friend. He has suffered through multiple chronic illnesses, a transplant, and so much more. He’s been in the hospital for 47 days. He went into cardiac arrest last night, and after a long battle, they got a pulse back. We don’t expect him to survive, however, and we are heartbroken.
